Use the echo-memory skill to run a one-call readiness check before relying on memory.

It prints green/red for: Python version, vault reachability, auth accepted, vault bootstrapped (+ schema_version), and the API key source (ECHO_KEY env / credentials file / deprecated baked-in fallback — see API-KEY-SETUP.md). Exits non-zero if anything is red. For the full vault-invariant lint, run /echo-health.
