Summary

Updates README.md and ROADMAP.md to reflect the recent feat/header-logo-and-title-gradient work that was merged/pending.

Changes

  • README.md — Added "Recently Added (March 9, 2026)" section covering brand logo, gradient title, static asset serving, Vite dev proxy, route fix, and logo sizing. Updated project structure tree to include static/. Added logo troubleshooting entry. Updated roadmap checklist.
  • ROADMAP.md — Marked all header/branding tasks complete in Phase 2 UI section. Added v0.4.1 to version history. Updated current sprint section to show completed branding work and next-up options.
