bench: add benchmark runners, results docs, and test suite
Benchmarks: LongMemEval, LoCoMo, ConvoMem, MemBench runners with
methodology docs and hybrid retrieval analysis.
Tests: config, miner, convo_miner, normalize — 9 tests, all passing.
